Funeral Services

We provide many different types of funeral services at several locations in Oshawa. We realize that choosing a funeral service that is right for you and your family is very important, and that is why we have created several flexible options.  Our funeral directors will help you understand all of these options and will help arrange something that is right for you and your family.

Arrangement Process

Step 1: First Contact - Upon first contact we'll take all of the necessary information over the phone, in person, or through our convenient webform to prepare the documentation and next steps. We will then take care of everything needed to complete the funeral service starting with contacting the hospital and arranging for the transfer of the deceased into our care.

Step 2: Arrangements - Our funeral directors will explain all of the options available to you and you can learn about them in advance by using our Quote Builders. Arrangements can be made over the phone and online, or you can meet with one of our funeral directors in the Oshawa area. We strive to make arrangements convenient for you so the choice is completely yours.

Step 3: Documentation - We will complete all of the documentation required for the funeral process. We also offer help with settling your estate through our Basic Estate Services. Documentation can be completed by phone, online, and in person in the Oshawa area.

Step 4: The Day of the Service - Our funeral directors will arrange everything so on the day of the service, there is nothing for you to focus on but your family. The services you choose will be scheduled at a time and place that is most convenient for you and your family and you will be provided with a funeral itinerary that completely outlines the details of the services you've arranged.

Step 5: Completion - If cremation was chosen, you may either pick up the urn from the crematorium or they can be delivered to you by our staff.  Payment can be made either by cheque or Visa / Mastercard and your Proof of Death Certificates will arrive in the mail shortly thereafter.
